Senior Operations Analyst Responsible for assessing and reviewing
operations in a worldwide distribution network that encompasses more than fifteen countries,
and overseeing inventory and non-inventory with a cost value in excess of $4 million, to devise,
create and implement efficient and cost saving methods for the following: creating,
establishing and overseeing administrative functions associated with the purchasing and
procurement of inventory and non-inventory; creating and providing detailed reports to various
departments with our organization in order to streamline and efficiently execute inventory control,
invoices, expenditures and budgets, purchase orders, returns, shipping, and overall
administration of company’s accounts receivables, and accounts payables; advising and implementing
methods to establish new vendor/supplier contracts, shipments and contacts domestically
and internationally; advising our company’s governing board on cost savings by maximizing
preferential benefits of AGOA treaty; and advising and establishing budget managing and creating
budget and tracking reports that allow various departments to track their estimated budgets compared
to the actual expenses incurred. Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management,
Commerce or related and 5 years experience in job offered or Operations Manager,
Cost Analyst or related; OR Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management,
Commerce or related and 3 years experience in job offered or Operations Manager, Cost Analyst or related.
